As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in their academic journey, providing guidance, and assisting them in achieving their educational goals.

Duties

Provide academic advising to students on course selection, degree requirements, and academic policies Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic challenges and personal development Assist students in developing educational plans and setting academic goals Analyze student data to identify trends and patterns that may impact academic performance Collaborate with university staff to support student success initiatives Participate in recruiting events to attract prospective students Utilize PeopleSoft or similar systems for student record management

Requirements

Strong mentoring and communication skills Experience in education administration or related field Knowledge of academic advising principles and practices Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions effectively Familiarity with university policies and procedures Proficiency in public speaking for presentations and workshops
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
