Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Academic Counselor to join our digital marketing academy. The counselor will be responsible for guiding students through course selections, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable digital marketing programs. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing trends, and a student-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in-person about course offerings and career opportunities in digital marketing. Understand individual student needs and recommend appropriate programs. Guide students through the enrollment process and ensure timely registration. Provide support and mentorship throughout the student's learning journey. Maintain accurate student records and follow up on inquiries regularly. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and support strategies.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
