This role involves direct communication with leads (inbound and outbound), understanding their needs, and converting them into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads generated through ads, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Explain course offerings, schedules, and benefits to prospective students.
- Counsel students on career paths and help them choose suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads consistently to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and student feedback.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for enrollments.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and course information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-1-3 years of experience in B2C tele sales or academic counseling (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Confidence, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
