Job Description

The Academic Counselor plays a key role in guiding students to choose the right career path through counseling, mentoring, and providing accurate information about courses and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on courses, career prospects, and institute offerings. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups through CRM/WhatsApp. Maintain conversion ratio from inquiry to admission. Assist students throughout the admission process - from orientation to final enrollment. Conduct career guidance sessions, webinars, and demo sessions. Build rapport with students and ensure high satisfaction & retention. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions. Coordinate with the marketing team for leads and promotional events.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Knowledge of education industry trends. Basic computer and CRM handling skills. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
