Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and follow up on incoming leads
Explain program features, benefits, and pricing
Assist prospective learners throughout the enrollment process
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly
Provide quality support and maintain long-term relationships
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in core sales
Working laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently within assigned work hours (10 AM - 7 PM)
Target-driven and comfortable in a performance-based role
