Ensure stable and growth-oriented cash flow across assigned branches
Maintain consistent communication with learners across multiple channels
Strategically manage sales pipelines to maximize conversions
Prepare and submit sales reports while contributing to business growth initiatives
Improve and streamline sales automation processes
Guide and support junior counselors in achieving their targets
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and manage potential business risks
Research and explore new markets and business opportunities
Deliver a high-quality experience to learners, mentors, and clients
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets
Manage and enhance the overall learning experience for enrolled learners
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven understanding of education-based counseling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with a sound understanding of business and financial terms
Excellent time management, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Prior experience working in a startup ecosystem
