Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls with various source (in-house / Microsite) Converting leads into confirmed applications PAN India

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs

Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process, which includes Admission fee collections, finance offers, and EMI collections as per payment terms, along with relevant proofs

Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program

Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.

Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines.

Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.

Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants. Skills & Requirement:

Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations

Ability to handle end to end admission cycle

Vendor management

Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.

Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale

Experience working with CRM ( Leadsquared , Extraaedge , No Paper form)

Strong listening and presentation skills, multi lingual

Travelling may be required for the events and activities

Self-motivated performer with high energy and enthusiasm

A team player

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
