We are looking for a

result-driven Admission Counselor (Inside Sales)

to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students and driving enrollments for

UG and PG courses

through phone calls, follow-ups, and virtual interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Counsel students and parents about

UG & PG courses

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate enrollments Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students Provide complete information about course structure, fees, and benefits Close sales and ensure timely enrollment

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Experience in

inside sales / admission counseling / education sales

preferred Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills Target-driven and self-motivated attitude Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closing leads
