We are looking for a

Student Counselor

who can guide students in selecting suitable courses, provide academic advice, and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding training programs and career opportunities. Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries efficiently. Understand students' needs and recommend appropriate courses offered by CloudSwan Solution. Maintain and update student databases and follow up on leads regularly. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth admissions. Participate in promotional events, seminars, and workshops to attract new students. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. Maintain professional and friendly communication with students at all times.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing and presentation abilities. Good interpersonal and listening skills. Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain follow-ups. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude and customer service mindset.

Eligibility:

Any Degree (preferably in Arts, Business, or Communication). Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of counseling/sales experience can apply. Experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ?15,085.00 - ?40,705.00 per month
