Respond to customer queries and messages through online chat platforms with speed and clarity
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry
Maintain client records and follow up with leads or queries as needed
Coordinate with internal teams for updates, issue resolutions, or service queries
Act as the face of the organization on digital platforms, ensuring excellent customer experience
Handle multitasking responsibilities across chat counseling, admin operations, and basic customer support
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in using computers, internet, and chat-based platforms
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to put in extra effort when required
Prior experience in customer service or admin roles will be a plus
