Handle student enquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media.
Follow up with potential leads to convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions in CRM.
Guidance & Support
Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and career guidance seminars.
Help students with college applications, documentation, and timelines.
Provide support for exam selections, scholarship information, and coaching options.
