Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students. Follow up on leads generated through marketing and walk-ins. Counsel students and parents on available design courses and career opportunities. Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs. Maintain detailed records of calls and conversions in CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly

admission and conversion targets

. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and event leads. Ensure a professional and student-friendly counseling experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any stream

(Education or Marketing background preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in academic counseling, telecalling, or inside sales. Excellent communication and convincing skills (English and Hindi essential). Confident, result-oriented, and target-driven. Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, Google Sheets).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
