Academic Counselor

to guide prospective students and help them make informed decisions about academic programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for education and counseling.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career paths Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic solutions Follow up with leads and maintain strong student relationships Achieve enrollment and counseling targets Maintain accurate student records and MIS reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions process

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and counseling abilities Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
