. The ideal candidate will guide prospective and current students through their academic journey, helping them make informed decisions regarding courses, programs, and career pathways. This role involves regular communication through calls, emails, and chat during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students on academic programs, eligibility, admissions processes, and career paths.
Manage inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chat) with leads and students.
Conduct virtual sessions or webinars to address student queries and promote academic offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in CRM or database systems.
Follow up with students to ensure progression through the enrollment funnel.
Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions, Faculty, Operations) to ensure a seamless student experience.
Meet or exceed counseling and conversion targets set by the organization.
Stay updated with curriculum changes, new programs, and higher education trends in the US.
Provide timely resolution to student concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
