About the Role

University Insights is hiring enthusiastic

Academic Counselors (Freshers)

who are passionate about guiding students toward a successful medical education abroad. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with students, listening to their concerns, and confidently explaining MBBS abroad options, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and career opportunities.

You will be the

first point of contact

for aspirants looking to study MBBS overseas and will play a key role in helping them make the right academic decision.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad programs, eligibility, universities, and admission procedures Handle student inquiries through

calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and emails

Provide accurate information regarding

university options, fee structures, scholarships, accommodation, and visa process

Assist students with documentation and application guidance Maintain records of prospective students and follow up regularly Build trust and maintain supportive relationships with students throughout the admission cycle Convert inquiries into admissions through professional guidance Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and updates Participate in seminars, webinars, counseling events when required

Skills & Qualities Required

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Confident speaker with strong convincing ability Good listening skills with patience and empathy Professional, positive, and student-friendly attitude Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups daily Basic awareness of MBBS Abroad (Training will be provided) Freshers strongly encouraged to apply
