Academic Counselor Freshers

who are passionate about guiding students toward the right educational path, especially in the

MBBS Abroad

sector. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with students, understand their concerns, and can confidently present academic options, admission procedures and country-specific guidelines. You will be the first point of contact for aspirants looking to study medicine overseas -- helping them make informed decisions about universities, eligibility and career scope.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad options, eligibility and admission process Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and emails Maintain data of prospective students and follow up regularly Provide detailed information on universities, fee structure, scholarship options, visa guidance etc. Assist students in understanding documentation and application requirements Convert leads into admissions through clear communication and guidance Participate in student seminars, webinars and educational sessions when required Maintain a positive relationship with students throughout the application process Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing and updates

Skills & Qualities Required

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Confident speaking ability and student-handling mindset Good listening skills with patience and understanding Basic knowledge of MBBS Abroad or willingness to learn Professional attitude, positive approach and goal-driven mindset Ability to handle follow-ups, inquiries and counselling calls daily Freshers encouraged -- full training will be provided
