Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and confident individuals who love interacting with students and helping them make the right career choices. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through the entire admission journey -- from inquiry to final admission.

Whether you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, if you have strong communication skills and a drive to grow, this role is your gateway to an impactful career.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students and parents regarding overseas education options including MBBS Abroad, Aviation, and International Study Programs. Conduct telephonic, WhatsApp, walk-in, and virtual counseling sessions professionally. Explain eligibility, course options, fee structures, universities, scholarships, visa processes, and career prospects clearly and confidently. Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students until onboarding. Assist with university applications, documentation, and coordination with the admissions team. Update student status regularly in CRM and lead management tools. Work towards monthly conversions and performance-based goals. Represent University Insights with professionalism, empathy, and a student-first focus.
Required Skills & Personality Traits

Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident, approachable, and student-friendly behaviour Willingness to learn quickly and adapt Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools (training provided) Ability to handle objections professionally Motivated toward career growth and performance-based rewards
Education & Eligibility

Graduation in any field (BBA, BA, B.Com., B.Tech., Nursing, Pharmacy, Psychology -- all accepted) Freshers encouraged to apply 0-1 year experience in counseling, sales, customer service, or education sector is an added advantage Must be comfortable communicating in Hindi and English
