Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented

Academic Counselors

to join our team. We are particularly looking for

candidates from South India

who are fluent in regional languages and are eager to build their careers in the

EdTech industry

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in counseling students, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the right program.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding Pregrads academic programs. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses. Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and persuasion. Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure successful admissions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals. Build strong relationships with students and provide post-enrollment support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counseling/sales is a plus. Strong communication skills in

Hindi & English

(mandatory). Proficiency in

Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada

. Excellent

convincing, negotiation, and objection handling

skills. Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Bachelors degree (any discipline).
