Role Overview:

We are looking for

energetic and dedicated Callers / Telecallers

to join our student counseling and admission team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for guiding students.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about JEE/NEET programs. Counsel and guide students regarding admission and course structure. Maintain call records and follow up regularly with potential leads. Coordinate with academic and admissions departments.

Eligibility & Skills:

Excellent communication skills in

Hindi

(English preferred). Good convincing ability and positive attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Excel / CRM entry preferred). Prior experience in

educational institutions or coaching centers

will be an added advantage.
