Key Responsibilities

Speak with prospective students and parents over phone calls.
Explain LIBA programs (PGDM, PGPM, Executive programs, etc.) clearly and confidently.

Help students choose the right course based on their interests and career goals.

Maintain proper follow-up, documentation and CRM updates.

Convert inquiries into admissions through professional counselling.

Support the admissions team during peak seasons.

Excellent

English communication skills

A natural flair for talking to people confidently.

Good listening skills, patience, and a student-first attitude.

Basic negotiation skills and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and admissions processes.
