Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound student inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
Provide accurate information on courses, admission process, and career outcomes.
Counsel students & parents to ensure lead conversion into admissions.
Manage the complete
admission sales cycle

Achieve
minimum 15 admissions per month

Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
