Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecounselor to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves reaching out to schools and educational institutions to promote our products and arrange meetings for our business development team.

Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

(hot & cold) to potential customers from the provided database. Generate

qualified leads

and pass them to the sales team for further follow-up. Clearly explain company products/services and handle basic customer queries. Maintain a record of calls, leads, and customer responses in the system/Excel. Ensure daily/weekly

calling targets

are achieved. Follow proper phone etiquette and maintain professionalism during calls.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in

telecalling/lead generation

(freshers can also apply). Good communication skills in

Hindi, English

(Marathi preferred). Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (

MS Excel, Email

). Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
