Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Overseas Education Counselor

to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the entire process of studying abroad, including course selection, university shortlisting, documentation, and visa guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, university options, and application processes. Provide accurate information about various international universities, courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and emails and maintain a strong follow-up with potential leads. Assist students in preparing their applications, SOPs, resumes, and other required documents. Coordinate with universities and follow up on student applications. Provide visa counseling and assist in the end-to-end visa process. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as needed. Maintain records of student interactions and application statuses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BA, or related fields). Prior experience in counseling, customer service, or the education sector is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
