Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on academic and professional courses
Understand student interests, goals, and eligibility
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career outcomes
Assist students with
course registration and enrollment
Follow up with prospective students and parents
Maintain student records and CRM updates
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce background preferred)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of professional courses
Ability to handle students and parents confidently
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
