Academic Coordinator

(Part-Time )

We are looking for a

calm, English-speaking female Academic Coordinator

to handle parent enquiries for a

small-batch Maths coaching program (Classes 10-12)

.

This is a

coordination and communication role

, not a teaching or sales position.

Role Responsibilities:

Speaking to parents who have already enquired (? No cold calling) Understanding parent requirements and guiding them on batch suitability Scheduling calls or visits with the faculty Maintaining polite, professional, and reassuring communication Basic follow-ups with interested parents
(This role does not involve teaching, mentoring, or academic instruction.)

Qualifications & Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (Education /Science/ Arts / Commerce) Background in

school coordination, admissions, counseling, front office, or parent communication

is a plus Clear and confident communication in

English & Hindi

Polite, patient, and mature speaking style Comfortable speaking with parents over phone and WhatsApp

Work Details:

Part-time

1-4 hours per day

Work from Home

(local candidates preferred)

Compensation:

?300-?400 per hour
