About the Role Emversity is looking for dynamic and result-driven Counsellors for its Hospitality programs. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, and guiding students towards the right career path in hospitality education.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about hospitality courses and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and digital leads.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or records.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment process. o Participate in promotional activities, events, and follow-ups. Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum experience in student counselling, sales, or admissions (preferably in hospitality or education sector).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience is preferred.
