Compensation: ₹3 - ₹8 LPA ( Including Performance Incentives)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role
As an Academic Counselor, you'll help students make informed academic choices,
understand their aspirations, and match them with the right educational programs. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, wants to make a difference, and thrives in a vibrant learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Guide students in selecting the most suitable academic programs based on their
goals.
? Build rapport and provide expert counseling to students and parents.
? Achieve enrollment targets through personalized communication and follow-ups.
? Maintain and manage student records using CRM tools.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Eligibility Criteria
? Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
? Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome!
