Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

one-on-one and group counseling sessions

to address academic needs. Assist students in

creating personalized study plans

and strategies. Monitor

student progress and performance

and provide feedback. Organize

workshops on study skills and exam preparation

. Coordinate with teachers and staff to support struggling students. Maintain accurate

student records and reports

Skills & Qualifications

Good

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to motivate and mentor students. Organized and able to manage multiple students. Relevant

degree or experience

in counseling/education (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
