Academy of Applied Arts is a leading single discipline institution for Interior Design and its specializations of Visual Merchandising, Retail Design and Luxury Residential Design. Backed by a highly qualified faculty we are vigorously engaged in teaching, researching and propagating these vast fields of study and their enormous impact on the buying and selling of goods and services.

We are looking for an academic counsellor who'll play a vital role in the recruitment and selection process of students for the Academy. The prime responsibility would be to attract and assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle student calls & walk-ins.

- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

- Understand student profile.

- Counsel and guide aspiring students.

-Student conversion to meet revenue and targets for the company.

- Maintain appropriate student records in the enrolment system.

- Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns.

- Demonstrating and presenting academy courses.

- Maintaining accurate records.

- Reviewing sales performance.

-Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Key skills

-Should be a graduate

-Self-motivated and driven by targets.

-Excellent communication skills

-The ability to influence and negotiate with others.

-Industry awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
