Job Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Academic Counselor

who has strong knowledge of

IT courses and training programs

. The ideal candidate will guide students on career opportunities, help them select suitable courses, and support them throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals about IT courses (Programming, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing, Tally, Web Development, etc.). Understand students' career goals and recommend appropriate training programs. Provide detailed information about course structure, fees, schedules, and certifications. Follow up with potential leads (calls, emails, walk-ins, online inquiries) and convert them into admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. Keep updated with new trends, technologies, and industry requirements to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as an Academic Counselor / Career Counselor / Education Counselor. Strong knowledge of

IT courses, certifications, and industry trends

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide students with patience, empathy, and confidence. Target-driven with good negotiation and convincing skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
