Job Description

The Academic Counselor will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled students interested in Digital Marketing programs. The role involves guiding students through the course selection process, providing detailed information about course content, career opportunities, and assisting with enrollment procedures. The counselor will also support students throughout their learning journey by addressing queries, providing study tips, and ensuring a smooth academic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding Digital Marketing courses, certifications, and career paths. Explain course modules, program duration, fees, and enrollment procedures. Assist students in selecting courses based on their career goals and prior experience. Address academic queries and provide guidance on study materials and resources. Follow up with students for admissions, fee payments, and course progress. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment details. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure student satisfaction. Provide feedback on student requirements to help improve course offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and trends. Counseling or academic advising experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple student queries effectively. Detail-oriented and organized in record-keeping. Empathetic and student-focused approach.
