• Counselling experience in Ed Tech organization is a must
• Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments over the phone
• Conduct promotional activities
• Counseling parents on the learning and development of their children and coordinating with respective Teachers and/or Program Director
• Converting prospects into Enrollment, maintaining the admissions data in the systems
• Responsible for resolving queries related to the course offered
• Ability to make 100 calls per day with Parents and Franchise
• Responsible for fee collection.

Requirements.

• Articulate & outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Should have a go-getter attitude and disciplined worker and ability to work independently
• Must be motivated, hardworking, dedicated, and patient
• Passionate to work in high growth industry/environment
• Prior B2C & B2B sales experience preferred
