Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
Workshops and Seminars:
Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and informational sessions on academic success strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with faculty and other departments to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
Feedback Mechanism:
Gather and analyse student feedback to enhance the academic experience and improve program offerings.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic counselling or student support, preferably within the EdTech sector.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, educational technologies, and modern teaching methodologies.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM and other educational management tools.
