Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents. Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and issues efficiently. Ability to solve problems and handle various scenarios that may arise during the admission process. Keen attention to detail to ensure all application requirements are met correctly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple student cases and documentation. Sales skills to promote our services and assist in student enrollment. A solid knowledge of the admissions process to provide accurate and helpful information. Empathy to understand student and parent concerns and provide appropriate support.
Qualifications:

An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and time management abilities Ability work long hours during peak recruiting seasons Passion for education and a deep understanding of the admissions process A positive and enthusiastic personality with a knack for building rapport with students
