Job Description

Provide guidance to students and parents on academic programs and career pathways.
Understand students' goals, interests, and challenges to offer personalized counseling.
Help students choose appropriate courses, programs, or institutions.
Conduct counseling sessions to address academic concerns and improve performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, admission processes, and curriculum updates.
Assist with the admission process, including application submissions and documentation.
Go to workshops, seminars, and provide career guidance sessions for students.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups.
