We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Telesales Executive

to join our growing team in Coimbatore. In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting with students and their parents, helping them discover the right educational pathways and guiding them toward successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with Potential Students:

Proactively reach out to leads from our database and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Communicate Course Information:

Clearly explain course details, pricing, benefits, and learning outcomes to help families make informed decisions.

Drive Student Enrollments:

Guide prospective students through the admissions process and convert interest into confirmed enrollments.

Maintain Accurate Records:

Update call logs, lead statuses, and sales details in our CRM tools with accuracy and consistency.

Engage Across Platforms:

Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, email, and other platforms to keep them engaged and informed.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales and academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.

Respond to Inquiries:

Answer questions from students and parents with clarity, patience, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in Tamil:

Excellent spoken Tamil is essential for effective communication.

Persuasive Communicator:

Strong ability to influence and guide prospective students toward enrollment decisions.

Energetic & Positive Attitude:

Self-driven, enthusiastic, and ready to take on challenges.

Performance Under Pressure:

Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

Educational Background:

A college degree is preferred.
