Academic Counselor \xc2\xb7 Ability to set up appointments with the prospective clients \xc2\xb7 Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our courses \xc2\xb7 Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going in an interesting way \xc2\xb7 Achieving good number of admissions for our courses \xc2\xb7 Keep records of the data and note useful information in a systematic manner \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn about our new products and services and describe/explain them to the customers \xc2\xb7 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejections from customers \xc2\xb7 The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation \xc2\xb7 Listen in a way to understand and respond suitably \xc2\xb7 Follow up with the Customers \xc2\xb7 Collecting feedback from the Customers \xc2\xb7 Updating the management on new market trends and requirements \xc2\xb7 Attending meeting with Trainer in Schools, Colleges and Organizations \xc2\xb7 Assisting and Coordinating with the Trainer in the Training Sessions \xc2\xb7 Good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills .
