Roles & Responsibilities 1. Assess and evaluate student applications, essays, and academic records to determine admission eligibility. 2. Provide information to prospective students, parents, and academic advisors on admission requirements and procedures. 3. Develop and conduct effective recruitment and admissions strategies to attract top quality students to KaunsaCollege.com 4. Represent KaunsaCollege.com at various recruitment events such as college fairs, high school visits, and community outreach events. 5. Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, and social media to answer admission-related questions and inquiries. 6. Conduct interviews with prospective students and provide feedback to senior management. 7. Collaborate with academic departments of partner universities to provide accurate program information to prospective students. 8. Evaluate and analyse admission data and trends to revise and improve recruitment strategies and admission procedures. 9. Counsel and advise students on academic programs, financial aid, and other relevant topics. 10. Maintain accurate records and document all communication with prospective students and related admissions activities. Key Performance Indicators 1. Number of college applications submitted per student counselled 2. Percentage of students accepted to their top choice college 3. Average scores of students counselled 4. Reduction in student stress levels during the college admissions process 5. Number of scholarship opportunities secured for students 6. Increase in diversity of college choices among students 7.
