Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and student-centric

Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor

to join our team. You will play a key role in guiding students toward suitable internship programs and supporting the growth of our academic partnerships and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students (via calls, emails, and virtual meetings) about internship programs based on their academic background, interests, and career goals. Understand and explain the value of programs like Prompt Engineering, AI, and Data Analytics to students and institutions. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments. Maintain accurate records of student data, communication logs, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Build relationships with colleges and universities for campus outreach and tie-ups. Assist in planning and executing webinars, academic events, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the student experience. Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and outreach.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related domains). 0-3 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or EdTech preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Passion for education and technology with a student-first approach. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, or educational platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,992.72 - ₹40,422.00 per month
