Counsel enquiries to convert into admissions.
Provide detailed guidance about careers and courses to prospective enquiries
Solve customer concerns / answer queries to convert into an admission.
Make calls to enquiries and make them walk-in into the center
Conduct counseling sessions on Zoom & Google Meet.
Handle walk-ins and counsel them to convert into admissions (remove for WFH)
Follow the counseling procedure for successful conversions
Participate in marketing activities, wherever required.
