Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Counselor to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Counselor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our educational programs to prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, understand their educational needs, provide detailed program information, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Understand prospective students\' educational goals, needs, and challenges to recommend suitable programs.
  • Provide detailed information about our educational programs, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and objections to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and education.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the education industry or Ed-Tech space is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
