Job Description
UDAAAN MANAGEMENT ACADEMY is recruiting experienced Academic Counselors for it's global educational services for it's Bengaluru office.Job Profile:
- Procuring new clients through direct contact and collaboration
- Visiting clients to establish a connect and maintain relationship
- Generating revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Coordinating with various stakeholders for maintaining timelines drawn to deliver service.
- Lead management: Follow Up with collected leads and maintain a lead database.
- Following up on customer/prospect queries with other departments when needed.
- At least 2 years experience as an academic counselor in any educational institute (preferably from international education domain)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in English is mandatory
- Knowledge of counseling students for international education & converting enquiries into successful admission by communicating and coordination
- Experience in overseas education / immigration service company is desirable
