We are looking for a passionate and driven Academic Counselor to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to learners in their educational journey, ensuring they receive the necessary academic support, career advice, and personal development guidance. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to assess their learning needs, recommend personalized learning paths, and ensure that they successfully navigate their academic pursuits using our EdTech platform. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and an in-depth understanding of modern educational practices.
Title: Academic Counselor - Inside Sales
Location: Indore (Onsite- Monday to Saturday)
Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM
Responsibilities:
Perform Cold calling on Daily basis, calling criteria could go up to 300 Calls per day.
Counseling Students and recommending them Courses in UG/PG/Certificates that aligns with their future goals.
Lead Conversations and Sales closures through B2C Inside sales and convert leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling.
Communicate with the students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails and deliver clear, concise, and compelling product pitches customized to their academic and career goals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment/sales targets.
