Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries from digital marketing leads, walk-ins, phone calls & referrals.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
Conduct counseling sessions via phone, video call or face-to-face meetings.
Maintain lead records, follow up regularly, and ensure high lead-to-admission conversion.
Explain course structure, fees, placements, and advantages clearly to prospective students.
Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing and documentation.
Achieve monthly targets for admissions and revenue.
Maintain a positive student experience throughout the counseling process.
Participate in promotional activities / seminars / webinars when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in counseling / tele-sales / inside sales (EdTech preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
