We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding and counselling students about various competitive exam courses offered at IBT Guwahati and assisting them in selecting the right programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries related to admissions.
Counsel and convert students and provide information about various government exam courses (Bank, SSC, Railway, etc.)
Maintain student records and follow up with leads.
Achieve admission targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the faculty and management team for smooth batch operations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to students.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Basic knowledge of competitive exams will be an added advantage.
