You will counsel students on course offerings, admissions, and career opportunities in the analytics industry. This role involves driving enrollments, supporting student retention, and building strong relationships with students and their families.Key Responsibilities:- Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance on BIA's academic programs, curriculum, fees, and prerequisites.- Admissions Assistance: Support students through the admissions process including applications, interviews, and document verification.- Lead Management: Follow up on leads and inquiries, applying effective conversion techniques to achieve enrollment targets.- Presentations & Counseling: Conduct online/onsite presentations and counseling sessions to highlight course benefits and career prospects.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, leads, and student interactions using CRM or similar tools.- Career Guidance: Advise students on certifications, job opportunities, and upskilling relevant to the analytics industry.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to drive organizational goals.- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with education and analytics industry trends to provide informed guidance.- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to improve engagement and retention.Preferred Candidate Profile:- Experience: Minimum 1 year in EdTech sales, academic counseling, admissions, or a related field.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer-facing skills, with a charismatic and enthusiastic personality.- Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage effectively with students and families to support conversions.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.Why Join Us?At Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA), you'll be part of one of the fastest-growing education brands shaping the future of analytics education globally.
