academic counseling, student conversions, or EdTech sales
and can thrive in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospects to generate student assessments from business leads.
Schedule and conduct assessment sessions with students and parents, guiding them in choosing the right course/product.
Convince and convert prospects into admissions through strong sales and counseling skills.
Prepare, interpret, and analyze student assessment reports.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses from a diverse portfolio.
Handle student/parent queries via calls and provide necessary assistance.
Collect feedback from students, parents, and trainers to improve processes.
Process student data and generate new prospects through client referrals.
Support the department manager with daily operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
or equivalent qualification.
Mandatory:
Fluency in
English
+ proficiency in
Hindi or Tamil
(is a plus).
Experience:
1-3 years in EdTech sales / academic counseling / student conversions
(Freshers with strong sales skills and english fluent may also apply).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong convincing ability and negotiation skills.
