The Academic Counsellor - Sales is responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, promoting academic programs, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets. The role combines academic guidance with sales conversion through effective counselling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Sales Conversion
Counsel students and parents on courses, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes
Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries)
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Admissions & Enrollment
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
Ensure timely collection of documents and fees
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow-ups & Relationship Management
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents
Address objections and concerns related to courses, fees, and outcomes
Build long-term relationships to ensure referrals and repeat enrollments
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams
Share feedback on student requirements and market trends
Participate in counselling events, webinars, and education fairs
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily call reports, lead status, and sales performance reports
Ensure ethical counselling practices and adherence to company policies

Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Education preferred)
1-4 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, or inside sales

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
