Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain Cb tech education programs and offerings.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain call logs and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and report performance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Freshers and Experienced can apply
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Good persuasion, active listening, and patience.
