We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to guide students, explain our animation and multimedia courses, and support them throughout the admission and counselling process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents to provide detailed course information.
Explain animation, multimedia, VFX, and design course details clearly.
Guide students about admission steps, fees, timings, and career scope.
Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain daily counselling logs, lead status updates, and reports.
Support academy promotions, workshops, demo classes, and events.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English).
Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling.
Professional, polite, and student-friendly attitude.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling or Tele Sales (education sector preferred).

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
